Ami has been training for a total of 10 years
at a competitive level.
She trains a total of 5 days a week with
weights and 6 days a week cardio...
talk about being fit!!!
Pre contest 1 hour of cardio and 40 minutes of
weight training, off season 1 hour a day. Every session she likes to make sure
she adds a session of yoga in.
Before she began training she took
part in various different sports as such as,
dancing, netball and athletics.
